Mental Health Services
We offer a comprehensive range of mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, with a focus on individualized, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care.
We provide individual, group, and family therapy to address a wide variety of mental health needs. Our services include child-parent psychotherapy, activity-based therapy, and parenting education to support healthy family relationships and child development.
Psychiatric medication services are available through referrals to local psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, ensuring access to appropriate medication management when needed.
Additional services include anger management courses, wraparound services, and Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) programming for early psychosis intervention. We also provide school-based mental health services to support youth in their educational environment.
To ensure comprehensive care, we offer case management and peer support services for adults, juveniles, and families, helping individuals navigate resources, build skills, and maintain long-term stability.
Substance Abuse & Addictions Treatment
We provide comprehensive outpatient substance use treatment and education for both adolescents and adults. Our services are designed to support individuals at every stage of recovery through evidence-based and client-centered care.
Our program includes individual, family, and group counseling options, allowing for flexible and personalized treatment approaches. We conduct comprehensive substance use assessments, with referrals to inpatient treatment facilities when a higher level of care is needed.
In addition, we provide a robust prevention program aimed at reducing risk factors and promoting long-term wellness within the community. Specialized support is available for individuals experiencing gambling-related concerns.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) and DUII treatment services are available through referrals from Lake County Community Justice, ensuring coordinated care and accountability within the justice system.
